Producer Agreement

This Producer Agreement applies when you apply to sell on Neubeat. It adds seller-only terms on top of the Base Terms, which continue to bind you as a user; where this document is silent, the Base Terms apply. It is between you and [Legal Entity Name], based in [City], Nepal.

1. Becoming a producer

You can list and sell only after our staff approve your producer profile. You must be at least 18 and give accurate details. Approval also starts your commission-free window.

2. Commission and payouts

• We take a commission on each sale, deducted from the sale price before you are paid. Your cash-in-hand is the sale price less commission, frozen onto the order at purchase.
• During your commission-free window — the calendar month starting when you are first approved — we take no commission. This window’s end is fixed at approval.
• Your cash-in-hand is paid out on the platform’s regular weekly payout schedule.

3. Your rights in what you sell

You warrant that you own or control all rights in every beat and file you list, and that you may license them. You must not upload or sell a stolen beat or anything that infringes someone else’s rights. You are responsible for the licence terms you offer and for honouring them.

4. The licence contract

On each sale, you are the Licensor and the buyer is the Licensee. The contract is frozen into a snapshot at checkout using your details at that moment; later edits to your templates never change a contract that is already sold. The governing law of that contract is your own account country.

5. Free licences and free downloads

You may offer a free licence (a $0 licence that still carries a full contract and the agreement’s files) or a free download (a tagged preview clip with no contract). Both are governed by these terms.

6. Suspension and removal

We may remove a listing or suspend your ability to sell if you breach these terms, the Base Terms, or the rights of others. Sales already completed keep their frozen contracts and payout records.

7. Changes

We may publish a new version of this agreement. When we do, we will ask you to accept it before you continue selling. The version and effective date above show what is currently in force.
