Studio Listing Terms

Version 1.0 · Effective July 19, 2026

These Studio Listing Terms apply when you create a recording studio listing on Neubeat. They add to the Base Terms, which continue to bind you as a user; where this document is silent, the Base Terms apply. They are between you and [Legal Entity Name], based in [City], Nepal.

1. Listing a studio

You must be at least 18 and have the right to offer the studio you list. The studio directory is a place to be discovered; it is not a booking system.

2. Accurate information

You are responsible for keeping your listing accurate — the location, rates, equipment, amenities, and contact details. Do not list a studio you cannot offer or misrepresent what it provides.

3. Staff verification

Listings are reviewed by our staff before they appear in the public directory, and only approved listings are shown. Verification is a check that your listing is presentable and plausible; it is not a guarantee of the studio or its owner.

4. Bookings happen off Neubeat

Any booking, payment, or arrangement for a studio session happens directly between you and the person who contacts you, off the platform. Neubeat is not a party to those arrangements, takes no payment for them, and is not responsible for what happens during a session.

5. Removal

We may remove a listing that breaches these terms, the Base Terms, or the rights of others, or that is inaccurate or misleading.

6. Changes

We may publish a new version of these terms. When we do, we will ask you to accept it before you continue listing. The version and effective date above show what is currently in force.
